Job Summary
IT Administrator to support a high-visibility professional environment with executive stakeholders, legal professionals, and administrative staff. Responsibilities include hands-on end-user technology support (laptops, mobile devices, printers), managing conference room and AV technologies (Cisco/Webex, Zoom, courtrooms-style presentations), network and telephony troubleshooting, coordinating conference room setups, maintaining tickets (ServiceNow or similar), assisting with system upgrades and deployments, and supporting Microsoft-based environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook). The role emphasizes polished, white-glove customer service, professionalism, and strong communication to ensure seamless technology experiences across enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user devices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user technologies
- Experience with Cisco technologies, telephony, Webex, or conferencing solutions preferred
- Experience supporting audio/visual systems in conference rooms or hybrid meeting environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable supporting executive, legal, or highly professional user groups
- Solid troubleshooting across Windows, networking, Wi-Fi, hardware, and collaboration platforms
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
