Job Summary
Provide IT support to internal customers by investigating and resolving software and hardware problems, including advanced issues with Microsoft's full suite of business applications and operating systems. Analyze and resolve network performance issues while contributing to and maintaining accurate documentation for consistent solutions. Assist with projects, tasks, and planning, working independently with strong prioritization and multi-tasking abilities. Some travel may be required. This role supports the department's goals within the organization, requiring a background in computer science or related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related work experience
- Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Advanced knowledge with Windows 10 and 11
- Must be able to pass a background screen, and a drug screen
- Some travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with networking preferred
