Job Summary
IT Administrator at Q Center – on-site role in St. Charles, IL. Responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting the center's technology infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable and efficient operations. Oversees networks, servers, systems, and user devices while ensuring compliance with policies and security standards. Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, coordinates technology upgrades, and implements solutions that enhance productivity and protect data. Typical 45-hour workweek, Monday–Friday 10:00am–7:30pm with weekend availability. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive experience with the Microsoft stack, network infrastructure, security tools, and backup/recovery processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required
- Advanced understanding of the Microsoft Technology Stack: Exchange/email, M365, Active Directory/Entra, VMWare (vSphere), Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender and Group Policy management
- Experience with Cisco Routers, SonicWall Firewalls, and Cisco Switching components/infrastructure
- Experience with configuring and troubleshooting wireless infrastructures, including access points and controllers
- Knowledge of operating systems, enterprise backup / recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools
Desired Qualifications
