Job Summary
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for employees while administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services. Manage servers, networks, cybersecurity, backups, device deployment, and technology assets to ensure critical healthcare and business systems supporting resident care remain secure and reliable. Lead IT projects, coordinate vendors, maintain documentation, and respond to urgent technology and security issues to support business continuity and emergency preparedness. This hands-on role requires 10+ years of IT administration experience and advanced skills in the listed technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of IT administration, systems administration, or network administration experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and cybersecurity
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication
- A service-first mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications
- Experience with Intune, Microsoft Defender, SharePoint, Power Automate, or cloud management
- Healthcare, senior living, or HIPAA experience
