Job Summary
Deploy, monitor, maintain, and upgrade all IT systems, including IP telephony, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and Office Automation equipment. Manage and troubleshoot the office network, including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and internet services. Administer internal IT systems and cloud applications such as Office 365, Active Directory, Slack, RingCentral, and LastPass. Monitor and administer physical access to building and office spaces. Provide end-user services through internal help desk and technical support for in-office and remote team members, including international staff. Own asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment. Make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure. Participate in or lead internal IT projects and the project portfolio. Keep current with the latest technologies to ensure security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Experience installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
- Experience monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Knowledge of security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Ability to deploy, monitor, maintain, upgrade and support all IT systems
- Experience with IP telephony
- Experience with PCs and PC operating systems
- Experience with hardware, software, peripherals, mobile devices, and Office Automation equipment
- Ability to manage and troubleshoot the office network
- Experience with firewalls, local routers, switches, wireless access points, network drops, and supporting internet services
- Experience administering Office 365
- Experience administering Active Directory
- Experience administering Slack
- Experience administering RingCentral
- Experience administering LastPass
- Ability to administer physical access to building and office spaces
- Ability to make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems
- Ability to provide end-user services, including internal help desk and internal technical support services
- Ability to manage world-class delivery of Internal IT services to in-office and remote team members, including international team members
- Ability to keep current with the latest technologies
- Ability to participate or lead Internal IT projects and the Internal IT project portfolio
- Ability to own asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment
