Job Summary
IT Admin to maintain and support internal systems and applications across hosted and cloud environments. Responsibilities include first-tier user support, evaluating and prioritizing requests for hardware, software, networking, and other computer technologies; repairing/upgrading/configuring desktops and servers; logging requests and problem documentation; problem isolation and resolution; vendor coordination for complex issues; maintaining vendor-supported software on assets; collaborating to upgrade network components; configuring directory structures and access controls for security; managing day-to-day systems and information security operations; user provisioning and privilege management; disaster preparedness with data backup/recovery procedures; regular system monitoring and detailed management reporting. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, systems administration and tech-support experience, strong collaborative problem-solving, knowledge of network hardware/software/security, and disaster recovery familiarity.
Required Qualifications
