Job Summary
Senior IT/Business Systems Analyst role focusing on facilitating troubleshooting for assigned applications and supporting local hardware/network deployment, incident escalation, and testing across multiple accounts. Responsibilities include testing solution changes (SIT/UAT), documenting recurring issues for root-cause fixes, managing and tracking Customer Enhancements (CE), Service Requests (SR), and Continuous Customer Improvement (CCI), outlining requirements and scope, monitoring budget and schedule, managing Service Now incidents, and coordinating with IT and Operations teams. The position requires strong communication, ability to troubleshoot software/hardware, experience with WMS/TMS systems (e.g., Manhattan SCALE, Blue Yonder/JDA), SQL querying, report development, and QA/support activities including end-user training and documentation of standard work. Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three (3) years or more Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation industry experience required
- Two (2) years or more Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge, support, and/ or deployment required
- One (1) year or more Hardware and/ or network knowledge and/or support required
