Job Summary
Provide claims and assistance support to internal travel claims and assistance functions by administering supplier invoices and statements, maintain accuracy of claims data input on the system, register new cases from agents and policyholders, and produce accurate management reporting. Support processing of assistance notifications and case fees, ensure timely communications with policyholders and customers, maintain reserves and close cases as appropriate, act as a reference point to claims team members for invoice and statement adjustments, and contribute to ad hoc claims support as required. Key skills include numeracy, English language proficiency, excellent written/verbal communication, ability to work under pressure, strong organisational skills, and experience with claims systems (Magenta or similar). Knowledge of external suppliers’ policies, data and insurer policy information, and a professional, confidential, proactive, team-oriented approach are essential.
