Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities with both individual and corporate clients. Promote and sell restaurant services, including catering, meeting packages, gatherings, birthday parties, and other event services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing in accordance with company policies, and follow up until deals are successfully closed. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively. Maintain and update the customer database, prepare regular sales reports, and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Support company promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing events. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including risk identification, documentation, and control. Foster team commitment to adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements. Participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or unsafe actions, and engage in information security control processes to protect company assets.
