Job Summary
Greet customers, take orders, and assist with menu selections while processing payments via the POS system and ensuring accurate transaction recording. Perform cashier opening and closing duties, including daily cash reconciliation per company SOPs, and maintain cleanliness of dining, service, and cashier areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary, while adhering to hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and operational procedures. Participate in accident investigations and information security control processes to protect company assets. Requires minimum Senior High School education, one year of restaurant service experience, and proficiency with POS and EDC machines. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Cashier is preferred
- Proficient in operating POS systems and EDC payment machines
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
