Lead issues-based, advocacy, or policy-driven digital campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement in B2B contexts; translate complex, policy-heavy topics into clear, on-brand narratives; drive modern digital campaigns across paid social, programmatic/display, search, video, email/marketing automation, web/SEO; leverage advocacy tools and ABM to inform audience strategy, segmentation, and targeting; analyze campaign performance with dashboards and narratives; collaborate with Policy, Legal, and Corporate Affairs in regulated or complex sectors (energy/industrials); demonstrate exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with experience in agency/vendor leadership and budget management; energy sector familiarity and background in crisis/rapid response digital or high-scrutiny communications are preferred; B.S. degree is required and the role emphasizes flexible workplace programs and long-term career development.
