Job Summary
Lead Issuer Services data governance initiatives, driving data policy alignment, metadata management, data quality measurement and dashboards; coordinate with product lines for governance rollout, guide data use case execution and data risk/control implementation; serve as a subject matter expert across data transformation projects, manage issues and milestones, and communicate progress to senior management and clients.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Banking or Finance with experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Process Engineering or related area
- Organizational savvy; understands systems and management processes; can interpret information and drive consensus
- Effective communication across multiple audiences; ability to influence relationships at all levels
- Ability to navigate tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes; balance needs of multiple stakeholders
- Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working with others to meet objectives
- Corporate Trust experience is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
