Job Summary
Execute recurring deliverables including Management Identified Issue analysis, Control Themes review, and ORD QA issue follow-up. Support issue data aggregation, analysis, and reporting for senior management insights. Act as implementer for key processes, including thematic tagging review and trend analysis of issues across functional groups. Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives and broader automation efforts. Support ad hoc data requests and stakeholder deliverables across IAD and external stakeholders. This Director role within Internal Operations & Quality Control provides an objective assessment of the Firm's internal control environment for risk management and governance. The position supports the ultimate delivery of high quality assurance services.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of industry, global markets, and regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of audit principles, methodology, tools, and processes (e.g., risk assessments, planning, testing, reporting and continuous monitoring)
- Effective change and project management techniques and ability to support teams in adapting new ways of working
- Ability to leverage and analyze data using tools and technology like Gen AI, Alteryx, Power BI to inform focus and views on risk
- Ability to execute multiple deliverables and manage stakeholders in line with shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and objectively to senior stakeholders
- At least 5 years' relevant experience
- Coverage Hybrid working (4 days in office) Monday to Friday from 12:00PM to 9:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters (including India Public Holidays)
- Periodic evening calls with US and EMEA internal clients and vendors
