Job Summary
The ISSM will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of information system security program policy with emphasis on integrating existing SAP network infrastructures. Responsibilities include advising on RMF assessment and authorization issues, performing risk assessments, and maintaining a formal Information Systems Security Program. Develops guidelines for incident response and reporting, and creates security policies and procedures. The role supports USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE, focusing on NC3, JEMSO, Global Strike, and enterprise IT services within a national security context. Key skills include RMF, risk management, policy development, incident response, and security program oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with information system security program policy development and evaluation
- Knowledge of RMF assessment and authorization processes
- Experience conducting risk assessments and making security recommendations
- Experience developing and maintaining an Information Systems Security Program (ISSP)
- Experience developing policies and procedures for responding to security incidents
