Job Summary
ISSE III is responsible for supporting all aspects of Program Information Assurance (IA) processes with RMF/DIACAP familiarity, assisting with artifacts for ATO/C&A, evaluating security solutions to meet requirements for processing up to classified information, and coordinating IT security programs and policies to support command leadership goals. Senior specialists may assist with system security policy and ensure change management and configuration control, vulnerability scanning, and secure configurations. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and seven years of information security experience, plus IAT Level III certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or an equivalent STEM degree
- Seven (7) years professional experience capturing and refining information security operational and security requirements
- Minimum Certification Requirement: IAT Level III
