Job Summary
Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students under supervision, assist lead teacher with instruction and evaluation, monitor safety and student well-being, help maintain classroom discipline, conduct short sessions to improve study skills, perform clerical duties and housekeeping in the classroom, maintain records, and support staff development activities. May lead small group activities and assist with crisis prevention; capable of assisting with routine classroom tasks and operating audiovisual equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- minimum of 48 hours of college coursework
- GPA 2.0
