Job Summary
Israel-based enterprise leadership role: Lead EA&IHS Israel by building and guiding Medtronic’s most strategic enterprise partnerships within the Israeli healthcare system. Drive multi-year growth through enterprise account strategy, executive sponsorship of senior customer relationships (including C-suite stakeholders), and delivery of integrated solutions across operating units. Manage forecasting, pipeline, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value creation. Lead and develop the Israel team, foster a high-performance culture, ensure compliance with policies, and influence across a matrix organization. Requires a Master’s Degree, 8–12 years of senior commercial/leadership experience, and fluency in English and Hebrew; travel domestic and international as required.

- Senior commercial, strategy, or business leadership experience in healthcare, medtech, or related industries
- Fluency in English and Hebrew required
