Job Summary
ISOC Field Supervisor leads mobile field operations across the Bay Area from San Jose to San Francisco, providing on-the-ground oversight, rapid response, and QA/QC to ensure adherence to Surefox SOPs and client post orders. Responsibilities include conducting routine and unannounced site visits, coaching and onboarding field officers, incident response and field-level command, client relationship management, ISOC integration and real-time coordination, and fleet/equipment readiness. Requires 2–3 years of security experience with supervisory or field-lead exposure, Valid California BSIS Guard Card, and the ability to travel daily across the region. Compensation is $80,000–$82,500 for a full-time schedule, with benefits including medical, dental, and 401k. Not offering visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of security experience; supervisory or field-lead experience preferred
- Valid California Guard Card (BSIS) and clean driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to operate independently, multitask, and handle dynamic field environments
- Experience with ISOC/GSOC operations, CCTV platforms, access control systems, and incident reporting tools a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand/walk for prolonged periods, and work in outdoor environments when needed
