Job Summary
Pressure test ISO tank containers, repair and replace valves, gaskets, and gauges, and drain tanks to ensure they are completely dry. Operate hoists, cranes, precision measuring instruments, lathes, drill presses, and grinders while using hand and power tools to inspect, adjust, and lubricate defective parts. Diagnose mechanical issues by observing and listening to devices, requiring a mechanical background, attention to detail, and comfort working in enclosed spaces and at heights. Shift runs Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm at our Garden City, GA facility.
Required Qualifications
- mechanical background
- good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to wear a respirator, be comfortable with both heights on top of tanks
- Work in enclosed spaces inside of tanks
