Job Summary
ISO Support Service Worker/Caregiver for Home and Community Services in Armstrong County, PA. Responsibilities include performing tasks outlined in each individual's IP, delivering services in-home or in the community, supervising and positively modeling behavior, and completing planned trainings. Requires use of personal vehicle for transporting individuals, valid driver’s license, car insurance/registration, and passing a background check.
