Job Summary
Mobilize to customer sites domestically and internationally to apply Technowrap engineered composite repairs and Quickflange weldless connection solutions per client requirements and ICR procedures. Supervise third parties when necessary while maintaining full responsibility for personal and team safety in compliance with HSEQ policies. Manage special projects, warehouse duties, and equipment maintenance to support the Operations Team's technical delivery. Prepare and package materials for distribution, complete required documentation, and ensure adherence to the Responsibilities and Authority Matrix. This role involves flexible schedules, frequent travel, and extended shifts in hazardous environments, requiring 2+ years of mechanical experience in oil & gas.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from ICR
- 2+ years of mechanical experience in oil & gas, industrial, or related field
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office Packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience working in hazardous environments and following strict safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to be clean shaven for face respirator fit tests
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work extended shifts (12+ hours)
- Must be able to wear PPE including respirators and protective suits during application processes
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years offshore experience (Gulf of Mexico experience is a plus)
- Certifications such as TWIC card, HUET, BOSIET, or equivalent offshore safety training
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems
- Basic fabrication, rigging, or mechanical maintenance skills
