Job Summary
Maintain, monitor, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements. Conduct internal quality audits across manufacturing processes and support functions while coordinating external, certification, and customer audits. Identify nonconformities and process deviations, then facilitate root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, and Pareto Analysis. Manage document control systems, track audit findings, and ensure corrective action plans are implemented and verified. Partner with cross-functional teams including Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Supply Chain to promote continuous improvement initiatives and support risk assessments. Monitor QMS KPIs, prepare performance information for Management Review meetings, and provide training on ISO requirements and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or technical field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 requirements and implementation
- Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
- Experience managing corrective actions and nonconformities
- Experience with document control and QMS documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams
