ISO Compliance Engineer

Job Summary
Plan, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System across all construction and renovation projects, ensuring full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards. Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits to verify adherence to Company procedures, legal obligations, and contractual requirements. Identify non-conformities and risks, then monitor corrective and preventive actions while developing and controlling management system documentation. Support sustainability initiatives by calculating and reporting greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) in accordance with the GHG Protocol and assisting with environmental reporting related to ESG objectives. Deliver awareness sessions to project teams and maintain accurate records demonstrating system effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in ISO Management Systems, Quality, Environmental, or Compliance roles within construction, engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or hospitality development projects
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems and ISO standards
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and sustainability principles
- Understanding of occupational health & safety requirements
- Strong auditing and compliance monitoring skills
- Excellent document control and technical writing abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of greenhouse gas emissions calculation and reporting (Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3) according to the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 will be considered a strong advantage
- Knowledge of F-Gases legislation and environmental regulatory requirements is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks will be considered an advantage
- Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent will be considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with management system software or document control platforms will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Familiarity with GHG Protocol methodology and carbon emissions reporting
