Job Summary
Senior-level Programme Test Manager leading the ISO 20022 testing agenda for HSBC. Manage a large testing team (~50 testers) across the ISO 20022 roadmap, build testing strategies and plans, unblock blockers, partner with development leads to meet timelines, drive test automation to improve quality and reduce cost, and report testing progress across initiatives. Requires Payments domain experience (MX message types, cross-border payments), quality assurance focus, risk-based testing, defect management, and proficiency with JIRA, Postman/Insomnia/Tosca/SQL. Demonstrates ability to influence and build culture in large remote teams within an Agile environment and to champion continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading testing for complex programmes

- Strong QA and test artefact development
- Exposure to JIRA for test management
