Job Summary
Lead Bekaert's global Information Security Management System and Governance, Risk & Compliance programme, strengthening security governance and managing cyber risk processes. Establish reporting mechanisms, govern security exceptions, and develop executive dashboards to enable clear oversight to the CISO and governance committees. Coordinate risk assessments, Digital Crown Jewel reviews, and control effectiveness evaluations while translating cyber risks into business impact. Manage supplier security due diligence, coordinate customer questionnaires, and lead audit preparation for ISO 27001, NIS2, and CRA requirements. Drive global security awareness initiatives and support maturity assessments for emerging technologies and digital regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity Governance, Risk Management, Compliance or Audit
- 5+ years managing ISMS, GRC or cybersecurity compliance programmes within a global organisation
- Hands-on experience with ISO 27001-based ISMS implementation and operation
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk frameworks and compliance management
- Experience engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex security issues in business terms
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
