Job Summary
Personal Outcomes Coach for the ISLA (Independent Supported Living Assistance) program. Provide ongoing training and support to help individuals with IDD achieve personal outcomes per ISPs, maintain progress notes, ensure safety plans and documentation, collaborate with guardians and service providers, and foster a positive, joyful environment aligned with Sunnyhill’s mission. Responsibilities include empowering participants through kindness, meeting guidelines, documenting progress, attending meetings, maintaining safety supplies, and representing Sunnyhill with professionalism and a fun-loving attitude. Flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. with opportunities for growth and a supportive team atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to empowering individuals with IDD
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re also excited to train motivated individuals who are new to the field!
