Job Summary
ISICU Registered Nurse in a full-time role at Jefferson Health, rotating day/night shifts (36 hours/week) in an ICU/unit setting. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to develop individualized plans of care with patients and designated care partners, collaborating with co-workers and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care, facilitating education for patients and families, adhering to nursing practices and protocols to minimize risk, utilizing health information technology to support care delivery and optimize outcomes, and participating in inter-professional teams and committees to improve quality and safety. The role also emphasizes culturally aware communication, partnership with patients and families, and ongoing professional growth. Preferred qualifications include BSN or higher within 3 years of hire and active RN license in state of practice; physical demands include lifting up to 40-50 lbs and substantial standing/walking. Work shift rotates United States hours.
