Job Summary
SeniorFinance & Accounting leader responsible for ISG BU financial strategy, performance management, controllership, and FP&A; partners with SVP & GM and cross-functional leaders to drive 3-year strategic plans, capital allocation, pricing, margin optimization, and transformation initiatives; leads end-to-end F&A organization with emphasis on GAAP/SOX compliance, accurate reporting, data-driven insights, and standardized managerial reporting; oversees SAP/system enhancements, finance systems, and development of high-performing teams; requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred), 10+ years of experience in finance/accounting, strong leadership, and executive communication skills; relocation eligible; travel ~4–8 domestic trips/year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing both FP&A and controllership functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, financial reporting, and business operations
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving strategic initiatives
- Executive-level communication skills, with ability to present complex financial concepts clearly and concisely
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Travel: Approximately 4–8 domestic trips per year
