Job Summary
The Intensive Services Foster Care (ISFC) Programs Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical support for the Intensive Services Behavioral Health and Special Health teams, ensuring adherence to County contracts and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves direct supervision of team members, including In-Home Support Counselors and ISFC therapists. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability to conduct training, and experience in quality assurance and documentation. Key qualifications include specific licensure, experience in behavioral health, supervisory experience, and proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Must be Licensed in one of the following: Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, or LMFT
- A minimum of two years, in the behavioral health field working with children, adolescents and families
- A minimum of two years supervisory experience in a clinical setting
- A minimum of two years’ experience in DMH documentation, including clinical notes and treatment plans
- Must possess an understanding of cultural diversity and working from a family-centered, strengths-based perspective
- Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours
