Job Summary
Monitor production IBM i (iSeries) systems and web servers to ensure scheduled processes run as expected, performing nightly updates, processing activities, and live data updates on designated websites. Manage daily system backups, verify completion, and identify operational issues through routine troubleshooting using established procedures. Document developer access via Jira, maintain accurate operational documentation, and prepare monthly data for customer buyback databases. Escalate system concerns and processing failures to appropriate technical staff, including Database Administrators, while implementing approved code changes following documented procedures. Work independently on Sunday through Saturday night shifts to ensure production technology reliability.

- Commutable distance from Columbia, Missouri
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 9pm-8am CT schedule
- Saturday: 5pm-Midnight CT schedule
