iSeries Engineer

Administer, maintain, and support IBM iSeries / Power Systems hardware and software while troubleshooting system issues related to hardware, software, access, and performance. Monitor system performance, file systems, shares, and permissions, then respond to and manage incidents and service requests through the Help Desk ticketing system. Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and repairs using IBM Client Access, Navigator, Director, and BRMS. This role requires at least two years of IBM iSeries administration experience and one year with utilities like iSecurity and absMessage. Located in Las Vegas, this position supports mission-critical environments for a client in a highly regulated industry.
