Job Summary
Authorizes expenses and manages annual leave processes for international service employees (ISEs), including travel arrangements, ticket settlements, and reimbursements. Advises divisions on AL policies, serves as liaison between ISEs and the GC, processes journal vouchers, maintains ISE databases, and supports cross-training within the Annual Leave team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, high attention to detail, excellent English communication, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or business administration
- Minimum 4 years of relevant successful work experience
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Ability to apply appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in various circumstances
- Advanced command of English language skills (verbal and written)
- Strong decision-making ability and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Experience with travel arrangements, reimbursements, and journal vouchers
Additional Requirements
- Must be a member in regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Must maintain a regular and reliable attendance schedule
