Job Summary
Techno-functional support for iScala Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Financial Reporting); gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders; configure and support finance-related workflows; support month-end and year-end closing; perform techno-functional analysis and troubleshooting; develop SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction and reporting; manage interfaces, integrations, data validations; coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements; support ERP data migration and validation; participate in enhancement, automation, and optimization initiatives; provide L2/L3 support and ensure timely incident/service-request resolution; working at Jade Global with global delivery across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in global delivery environments
- Experience with iScala ERP or similar ERP support
- SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with data migration and validation in ERP environments
- Exposure to ITIL/support processes
- Experience in managed services AMS or global clients
- Understanding of procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles
