Job Summary
Develops project plans based on cost, quality, and timeline analyses; drives projects through solution implementation; leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver results using BD’s project management methodology; collaborates with R&D to select replacement materials and define testing; ensures uninterrupted customer supply; identifies interdependencies with other initiatives; monitors progress and risks; conducts project reviews and develops scenario options; leads director-level steering committees for high-exposure projects; escalates blocking issues; contributes to knowledge transfer of PM practices across the organization; demonstrates leadership, analytical thinking, and effective cross‐functional communication across multicultural teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in MS Project, including schedule development, baseline creation, and critical path tracking
- Fluency in spoken and written English
