Plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations for two or more service line crews across all Thompson Industrial services lines. Execute safe and proper job completion at customer locations while ensuring accurate documentation is finished timely. Operate equipment, drive operational efficiencies at work sites, and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
