Job Summary
Field Technician role requiring execution of Thompson Industrial jobs at customer locations across service lines. The technician will work on-site at a customer location, lead two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations of the service line crew, ensure proper operation of equipment, drive operational efficiencies at the work site, and complete timely documentation. Responsibilities include compliance with company policies, maintaining positive customer relations, and representing Thompson Industrial to clients. Candidates must understand English for safety training and emergency instructions, possess a valid driver’s license, and provide a TWIC credential. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Provide Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Knowledge of operation of emergency equipment (fire extinguishers)
- English proficiency sufficient to understand safety training and respond to emergency instructions
- Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training and on-the-job training
- Experience coordinating and leading service crews
- Ability to drive operational efficiencies at the work site
- Ability to ensure timely and accurate job documentation
