Job Summary
IS Support Specialist at a leading global law firm in Los Angeles responsible for delivering hardware and software IS services, deploying and maintaining equipment (PCs, printers, mobiles, AV, data networking, servers as directed), acting as a second-level resource to resolve issues, logging incidents in ServiceNow, contributing to the Knowledge Base, maintaining asset inventory, and providing after-hours support. Requires strong communication, customer service, collaboration across disciplines, ability to multi-task, and flexibility for changing requirements. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with 5+ years IS support experience and familiarity with Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, Microsoft Office, Exchange, and SCCM; experience in a Legal/Professional Services environment is desired.
