Job Summary
IS Specialist (UX/UI Designer) responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility. Lead user-centered design processes, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, conduct and apply user research and usability testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to implement designs. Requires a strong portfolio, 5 years of UX/UI experience, knowledge of WCAG, and experience with both qualitative and quantitative research. Role based in the Bangalore office with a 5-day in-office work setup; relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- strong portfolio of design projects
- strong UI design skills with attention to visual and interaction details
- knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
- familiarity with qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- experience collaborating with developers to implement designs
- ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a cross-functional team
