Job Summary
IS Solution Lead Run role focused on designing end-to-end digital logistics solutions for strategic global customers, assessing customer processes and ERP environments, defining system architectures, leading customer workshops, and guiding implementation through go-live and hypercare across international projects in 4PL environments. Collaboration with customers, project teams, solution engineers, operations, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful integration of ERP, TMS, control tower solutions, and logistics processes; driving standardization, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across global deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solution design, solution architecture, logistics technology, or large-scale implementation projects
- Strong experience with ERP and/or TMS platforms such as SAP, SAP S/4HANA, OTM, Blue Yonder, WMS, or similar logistics technologies
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and integration architectures
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and project delivery skills
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work in international project environments
