IS Production Coordinator - P2

Job Summary
Support the Project Management Team by evaluating customer escalations, identifying proper parts, and coordinating accurate dispatch to the correct locations. Review and retrieve the latest project drawings to verify parts requests, then coordinate multiple orders with suppliers and the Engineering Team while maintaining precise records of quantities and updates. Resolve issues with engineering tools and resources, communicate effectively across Project, Engineering, and IMS teams, and ensure timely action on all assigned requests. Adhere to safety procedures, electrical codes, and Strick guidelines while working with moving machinery and outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of technical experience with electrical systems or electrical certificate
- Knowledge of low voltage switchboard / switchgear design, installation, and use
- Knowledge of local, state, & federal codes governing the installation and use of low voltage switchboards/switchgear
- Working knowledge in Autodesk suite of Engineering software including AutoCAD and Revit
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical construction drawings and equipment specifications
- Interpreting customer specification requirements
- Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be detail oriented
- Proven problem-solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Light Lifting (5 Ibs.-25 Ibs.)
- Medium Lifting (30 Ibs. – 45 Ibs.)
- Frequent Standing
- Working around moving machinery (fork-lifts, tractors)
- Protective Equipment Required (earplugs, gloves, eyewear, respirator, mask, etc.)
- Work outdoors (no effective protection from weather)
- Less than 5% travel time
- May require site visit if required but should be minimal
