Job Summary
Facilitate and improve processes across product and platform teams while coaching on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to accelerate staff and team maturity. Lead the implementation of SAFe principles by assessing current Agile states, developing improvement roadmaps, and guiding organizations through transformation. Act as a change agent to promote SAFe value, collaborate with cross-functional leaders to establish KPIs, and mentor Scrum Masters and team members to enhance delivery capabilities. Provide training workshops on SAFe practices, leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to streamline workflows, and communicate progress to customers at all levels. Work evening or night shifts as required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree / Master's degree / Bachelor's degree
- 8-12 years of experience in SAFe implementations and delivery
- Strong knowledge of SAFe methodologies and practices
- Prior experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Hands-on experience in guiding teams and Agile Release Trains through SAFe events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices and behaviors
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Collaborative spirit and effective communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work during evening or night shifts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

Desired Qualifications
- Experiences with agile transformations in larger enterprises and legacy systems
- Jira Align experience
- Workshop facilitation and training development experience
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional org changes (org design, ways of working, change/adoption) in a technology or IS context
- Practical experience with Agile/Lean and/or ITIL in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with product operating models
- Strong change management skills (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR)
- Proven communications planning and execution
- Data-driven mindset with ability to build metrics, KPIs, and dashboards (e.g., Excel/Power BI/Tableau)
