IS Functional Analyst

Job Summary
Lead IT, service delivery, and strategy alignment to drive tactical solutions and manage stakeholders as a subject matter expert in Vistex/OTC. Analyze existing systems to highlight improvements, translating business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions. Integrate multiple systems, reconcile team needs, and build structured IT applications to meet business objectives. Collaborate with IS Service Managers and Business Process Specialists to estimate effort for solution development, change requests, and releases. Lead configuration sessions with process SMEs to demo new scenarios in SAP aligned to global processes, while reporting progress to the IS Service Owner and managing business expectations. Handle ambiguity to turn business requirements into effective solution architectures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in information management, computer systems, engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of experience implementing ERPs
- 7 years of experience in performing structured and object-oriented programming, including BADIs and User Exits
- 7 years of experience working through three full lifecycle implementations of SAP SD and SAP Vistex
- 7 years of experience configuring SAP SD and SAP Vistex
- 7 years of experience configuring order management, pricing, availability checking, partner determination, output determination, copy control, and contracts
- 7 years of experience integrating to PI and using BAPIs and IDOCs
- 7 years of experience working with Order to Cash (OTC), SD/MM pricing configuration and routines, and FICO integration
- Master's or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated (in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
