IS Field Services Technician - Atlanta

Job Summary
Perform analytical, technical, and administrative work planning, installing, and supporting new and existing desktop, laptop, printer, wireless device, and peripheral systems. Communicate with end users to determine needs, schedule work, and provide basic training on hardware and software. Configure and deploy laptops in a corporate wireless environment while delivering remote technical support for personal computers, workstations, and application-related problems. Provide on-call support in a 24 x 7 environment. Requires an H.S. Diploma or GED, one year of IS Field Services experience, and an Associate's degree in an IS-related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 year of work experience in IS Field Services
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a recognized college or university in an IS related field
