Monitor assigned applications to ensure accurate and timely operation, performing routine testing of patches, updates, and configuration changes under guidance. Support Helpdesk tickets regarding user access and basic application issues while providing first-level assistance with common workflows and navigation questions. Document simple EMR/PM steps, maintain reference materials, and assist with data cleanup, validation, and report logging per governance guidelines. Run scheduled reports to verify data accuracy, escalating discrepancies as needed. Learn foundational reporting tools and participate in training sessions for staff and super users. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Clinical Informatics, and Business Intelligence teams to understand system dependencies and engage in application team meetings and software release reviews.
