Job Summary
Support the organization's vision by applying IT expertise to solve complex technical activities and serve as a definitive knowledge resource for services and solutions. Manage the installation, maintenance, and optimization of Information Systems services for ELIP Manufacturing Plants in North America, while identifying inefficiencies and coordinating resolution of service problems. Review requirements and specifications to determine necessary actions, ensuring cross-functional process alignment. This role contributes to the ELIP initiative in North America, requiring bilingual French and English communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in KBM development/support
- Highly skilled in Legacy systems and established processes
- Electrical Parts Manufacturing market knowledge
- RPGLe
- SQL
- SFTP
- French language
- English language
Desired Qualifications
- Innovative around communicating and interacting with system end users and other IT areas
- Extensive knowledge of RPGLe programming
- Proven experience of RPGLe programming, SQL in KBM
