Job Summary
Conduct client site visits to review irrigation needs, diagnose system issues, and develop recommendations for upgrades. Perform field work including trenching, digging, installing irrigation lines, and maintaining or setting timers throughout properties. Monitor system performance, communicate necessary upgrades to clients, and ensure safe use of all tools and equipment. Maintain accurate daily logs and submit professional post-visit summaries through HubSpot. Coordinate with Tree Care leadership to meet maintenance schedules and support training and safety compliance within the crew.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience and understanding of irrigation systems, irrigation clocks and water management along with experience in landscaping, or related field work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must pass MVP, DOT, QAL, and drug screening requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check (In accordance with applicable fair chance laws, rules, and regulations)
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Must be able to stand, walk, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds
- Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
- Comfortable using digital tools such as HubSpot, mobile apps, or similar platforms
