Job Summary
Conduct residential and commercial landscape and irrigation services for over 800,000 customers across multiple states. Compare and evaluate possible customer service solutions to recommend customized service plans that meet specific needs. Provide accurate and timely completion of required paperwork while maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills. Ensure the overall experience of our customers aligns with the core value of Total Customer Satisfaction. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement. High school diploma required with one year of outdoor work and maintenance experience preferred.
