Job Summary
Maintain and repair irrigation systems by replacing valves, adjusting heads, and programming schedules while evaluating winterization and start-ups in software. Communicate with the sales team to estimate costs and sell work, ensuring high-quality service and timely notifications for clients. Complete daily administrative tasks including inventory tracking, time entry, and DOT pre-trips while adhering to safety and personnel policies. Perform seasonal snow and ice removal duties such as plowing, shoveling, and salt applications as assigned. Keep work areas and vehicles clean, manage equipment storage, and supervise zones with direction from the snow management team. Requires 5+ years in landscape water management, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50lbs outdoors 100% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Landscape Water Management Operations
- Should be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have a valid driver's license

- Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis

- Employee is frequently exposed to exterior elements (i.e. pollen, chemicals, cold and heat etc.)
- Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat
- This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual -Spanish a plus
- A Bachelors or associate degree in Horticulture or related fields of study is preferred
