Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping. Conduct system audits to recommend water-saving upgrades and close sales enhancements for client properties. Perform essential seasonal maintenance, including startups, shut-downs, and winterizations, while managing accounts through clear communication of repairs and service recommendations. Requires 2+ years in irrigation service, a sales mindset, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and travel 3 miles daily in diverse weather. Valid driver's license and clean driving record mandatory. This safety-sensitive role requires passing drug screens, background checks, and a DOT physical. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull objects
- Must be able to walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must complete a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
- Must complete a criminal background check
- Must complete an MVR check
- Must complete a DOT physical (where applicable)
