Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, heads, and piping. Conduct system audits to recommend water-saving upgrades and perform essential startups, shut-downs, and winterizations. Provide clear communication regarding repairs and service recommendations to customers while maintaining strong relationship-building skills. Requires 2+ years of irrigation experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs., and a valid driver's license. This safety-sensitive role involves operating vehicles and equipment with a pre-employment drug screen and background check required. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in irrigation installation, service, or repair
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to push/pull objects
- Must be able to walk at least 3 miles per day in diverse weather conditions
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must complete a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass an MVR check
- Must pass a DOT physical (where applicable)
